Mentors
If you work in international organizations (no matter UN or local NGO) or social enterprises, and you are willing to spend your time and have online talk with young Chinese , share your knowledge and expertise, please let us know! You could become our mentor and we would be able to pay you accordingly.
Field Coordinators
If you work in sustainable development sector, and you could help facilitate young Chinese to visit/volunteer/work in international organizations or social enterprises in or around your city, you could become one of our field coordinators. We need many field coordinators around the world to help us place young Chinese in where they are needed. This could be a volunteer work or a part-time paid job based on actual result.
Online Interns
If you have good academic background, and you could spend over 16 hours per week for at least three months, and want to help us with translation, writing, editing, research, outreach and so on, you could join us as an online intern.
