China House provides research consultation services for NGOs, development organizations, and think tanks on topics related to overseas Chinese business practices and sustainable development. Some of our research is completed by our in-house research teams while others are done in conjunction with our students’ PBL projects.

By utilizing China House’s extensive connections around the globe, our research team has exclusive access to overseas Chinese businesses and local NGO networks. Some of our clients include the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), Oxfam, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Johns Hopkins University, Human Society International (HSI), etc. Our team has conducted research in over 10 African countries across the sectors of mining, forestry, energy, oil, infrastructure, and agriculture, all in the context of Chinese overseas business practices.
